The Trojan Grand Ballroom is USC’s largest multipurpose room. Used as one large space or as four smaller rooms, the Ballroom can accommodate banquet dinners, social dances, lectures, conferences, fairs and many other event types. In its inaugural year, the Ballroom featured everything from a Shiny Toy Guns rock concert to a visit from President Barack Obama.
Reservation requests must be submitted AT LEAST seven (7) weeks in advance.

This form will allow you to request Trojan Grand Ballroom in the Tutor Campus Center for recognized USC student organizations only. Requests must be submitted AT LEAST SEVEN (7) WEEKS prior to your event. If you are also looking to request meeting rooms in conjunction with your ballroom request, please fill out the TCC Meeting Room Request Form in addition to this request.
Each USC recognized student organization is allowed to waive the first 10 hours of the venue rental fee of the Ballroom once per academic year. This discount applies ONLY to the cost of the venue rental only and not staffing. There are staffing charges that apply for all hours of the reservation. Staffing rates will apply for all hours from the start time through the end time of the entire reservation. The discount does NOT apply to any other charges for your event such as staffing, additional A/V equipment, trash cans, or cleaning & damage deposits. This discount cannot be divided among multiple reservations or organizations.

USC Hospitality has been appointed to operate and manage all USC Departments, Administrative Departments and Non-University groups events in the The Trojan Grand Ballroom. - Section A of the Ballroom has a built in stage.
- Screen and projector to come down from the ceiling in Section A.
- Audio, Lighting Technicians, and Stage Manager provided by Trojan Event Services for Section A usage only.
- Podium with microphone.
- Small Green Room stage right.
- Venue usage includes a limited number of 60” round tables and padded chairs. Trojan Event Services does not provide linens.
- Airwalls can be used to separate the Ballroom into Sections A, B, C and D. (See Ballroom Diagram below)
- Restrooms and drinking fountain near Ballroom.
- Wheelchair accessible.
- Loading dock.
- No flames, confetti, or glitter allowed in the venue.
