Work under the direct supervision of the Technical Supervisor and Stage Manager to set up, maintain, and operate audio systems for theatrical events. Engineer audio for events ranging in complexity from lectures to complex musical acts. Attendance at regularly scheduled staff meetings and training sessions is required. Must be available nights and weekends.

Drafting Assistants work with event production staff to develop drawings of furniture and stage equipment configurations in performance and meeting spaces. They may also work with facility staff to draft maintenance plans and other special projects as needed. AutoCAD proficiency and attention to detail are required.

Campus Center Event Staff are essential for meetings and other activities running smoothly. They set up and tear down events in the campus center. They are responsible for configurations of room and outdoor setups, patrolling outdoor venues, overseeing Trousdale tables for recognized USC student organizations, and performing other related services as assigned.

Ensure a positive patron experience at high profile theatrical events at several venues on campus. Ushers aid the House Manager in maintaining the lobby and seating area. Duties may include, but are not limited to: collecting tickets, passing out programs, seating patrons, and answering guest questions. Must be available nights and weekends.

A Trojan Event Services Production Manager is responsible for working with clients to help plan and produce events, assess and collect payments for services rendered to clients, manage their respective production office, act as an employee liaison to the Technical Supervisor and Scheduling and Production Manager, and all organization and coordination of the facility schedule. Attendance at weekly production meetings required.

Receptionists are responsible for communicating information about the University to visitors, students, and campus departments and offices. Focused and assertive customer service is required. Receptionists are responsible for clerical duties of the Trojan Event Services including, but not limited to, answering multiple line telephones, greeting guests, and answering questions regarding the process to reserve venue space.

Work under the direct supervision of the Technical Supervisor and Stage Manager for various events. In addition to working with Stage Manager, the position is most frequently a training program for advancement to Audio, Lighting, and Stage Management. To that end, theatrical assistants are encouraged to ask questions of and interact extensively with all production personnel. Attendance at regularly scheduled staff meetings and training sessions is required. Must be available nights and weekends.

The Tommy’s Place House Manager will work directly with the Tommy’s Place Production Managers and technical staff to ensure effective communication with the talent and a successful event. Managing the talent from arrival through departure including tasks such as: providing access to the space and acting as the point of contact for the talent with the technical staff and all other involved parties. Ensuring a safe environment for guests. Maintaining the performance space which includes general cleaning and furniture restore. Must be available nights and weekends.
