COVID-19 Event Planning Update (August 20, 2020). Currently, the University is not allowing events on campus. All public and private gatherings of any number of people are prohibited. Please review the new USC Event Planning Guidelines. We have a few new policies that we would like for you to be aware of. If you have any questions, please contact the venue production office.
COVID-19 (July 13, 2020) – Please review the new Student Organization Event Approval Process before submitting your reservation request form.

This form will allow you to request meeting room space at the Tutor Campus Center. Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to your meeting. If you are hosting an event, review the new Student Organization Event Approval Process because the new policy requires events to be submitted at least 8 weeks in advance. If you are are also looking to request Tommy’s Place or the Grand Ballroom please fill out the request forms specific to each venue.
**Effective July 1, 2018, please note the new venue and staffing rates for Trojan Event Services. All reservation requests received on or after July 1st will be charged the new rates.**
As of October 1, 2014, USC Hospitality is operating and managing reservation requests for the Franklin Room Suite (TCC 350, 351 & 352) and Forum (TCC 450) at the Ronald Tutor Campus Center for USC Departments, Administrative Departments and Non University Client. If you fall within these categories, please call the Special Events & Catering Department directly at 213-740-5956 to submit your reservation request.
