COVID-19 Event Planning Update (August 20, 2020). Currently, the University is not allowing events on campus. All public and private gatherings of any number of people are prohibited. Please review the new USC Event Planning Guidelines. We have a few new policies that we would like for you to be aware of. If you have any questions, please contact the venue production office.

Trojan Events Services is excited to announce that the Ground Zero Performance Venue re-opened in the fall of 2018. We look forward to hosting events as the venue will be available 7 days a week. The shake/coffee bar is closed.
- Currently, we do not have a ramp in Ground Zero for access to the stage. Once our ramp has been installed, it will be updated on this website.
Note: The rates are subject to change based on the event details and/or upon submission of a Technical Rider. Trojan Event Services requires a minimum staffing for all band events.
Trojan Event Services requires a minimum of one (1) hour per band for band set-up and includes their sound check.
**Effective July 1, 2018, please note the new venue and staffing rates for Trojan Event Services. All reservation requests received on or after July 1st will be charged the new rates.**
- Note: All student organization events require a TES Co-sponsorship Form to be completed as per Trojan Event Services policy. Please note the additional requirements of TES as included on the form.
