This form will allow you to request Grand Ballroom in the Tutor Campus Center for recognized USC student organizations only. Requests must be submitted AT LEAST EIGHT WEEKS prior to your event. If you are also looking to request meeting rooms in conjunction with your ballroom request, please fill out the TCC Meeting Room Request Form in addition to this request.

**Effective July 1, 2018, please note the new venue and staffing rates for Trojan Event Services. All reservation requests received on or after July 1st will be charged the new rates.
** Please note that the rental and staffing rates may change for the needs of seasonal events.
USC Hospitality has been appointed to operate and manage all USC Departments, Administrative Departments and Non-University groups events in the Ballroom. Please call the Special Events & Catering Department directly at 213-740-5956 to book your next event. Recognized Student Organizations will continue to book through the online process below.

Note: All student organization events require a TES Co-sponsorship Form to be completed as per Trojan Event Services policy. Please note the additional requirements of TES as included on the form.
